Northern Colorado Weavers Guild is a nonprofit group sharing enthusiasm, knowledge, and skills in all aspects of fiber arts. Our membership includes weavers, spinners, knitters, dyers, and other fiber artists.

Whether you have just become interested in fiber or are rediscovering a passion, you will find mentors to help you learn new skills. As an aspiring fiber artist, a professional artist, or a teacher, you will find inspiration and resources here.

Our monthly meetings are open to both guests and members. Please join us on the second Saturday of the month from September through May at First Baptist Church of Loveland, 1003 W 6th St, in Loveland, Colorado. Monthly meetings run from 9 am to noon.

Membership Benefits

  • Monthly Meetings & Programs: Guests are welcome. Meetings include announcements, show-and-tell, and programs related to fiber arts. Mini-workshops or half-day workshops are often held the afternoon following the meeting. 

  • Volksweaver, our monthly newsletter, is published September through June.  To advertise in the newsletter, visit our Advertise page.

  • Guild Library: Guild members have access to with several hundred books and magazines, DVDs, and videos.

  • Equipment Rentals: guild members have access to looms, spinning wheels, and other fiber art related equipment for rent on a monthly basis.

  • Special interest groups: Guild members interest groups that meet periodically, each with a specific fiber art related focus.

  • Scholarships Guild members may request reimbursement for partial expenses attendance at Guild-approved workshops.

Dues: $30.00 per year for individuals or families. Dues are reduced to $15.00 for new members joining after January 1.
