ADVERTISE IN THE GUILD NEWSLETTER

The Volksweaver, the newsletter of the Northern Colorado Weavers guild, is published electronically 10 time a year, September through June. We welcome local yarn shops, small business, and any fiber related enterprises to advertise with us. The newsletter reaches nearly members every month.

New for 2025-2026
Business Membership

NCWG is pleased to announce that in addition to individual, family, and student memberships, we will be offering a Business Membership for any business with a fiber arts interest. The newly created Business Membership is a savings with added features!

Advertisements purchased by local businesses in the guild newsletter previously cost $69.00 for a quarter-page ad and $138.00 for a half-page ad. The new Business Membership option will cost $72.00 a year.

NCWG Business Memberships will provide:

• One individual membership to the guild (includes voting privileges)
• Ten advertisements per year in the monthly newsletter, Volksweaver (1/month), ¼-page size
• Two social media ads/year on Facebook and Instagram
• Logo with a link to your website on our website
• Time on microphone at each monthly membership meeting for promotion of specific timely events or new products

We hope that you find this as exciting as we do for all our northern Colorado fiber enthusiasts. Our membership now reaches over 200 people—which means all of us benefit from access to your services and products.

To join our guild with your new Business Membership, please press JOIN US and select the Business Membership. Then fill out the membership form and select your payment option. You will receive an email from the guild with further information about submitting advertising, logos, and website links.

These rates are designed for business or organizations who do not have a Business Membership with the guild
or wish to supplement their standard advertising.

• All advertisements for the Volksweaver need to be submitted by the 3^rd Sunday of the month for publishing in the following month’s edition.
• If you have agreed to a 10-issue plan, you may change your ad each month if you would like. However, if we do not receive a new ad before the deadline, your previous ad will be reprinted.
• The Volksweaver is published in color, electronically to all members at least one week before the guild meeting (the second Saturday of each month).
• Please submit advertisements in jpg, tiff, or png form.
